If that were the case no one would have insurance until after something happened. I had no idea what you looked like until you left a review so mentioning this is about your skin color is offensive and unethical. I'm glad we were able to convince you to put collision coverage on your vehicle prior to your accident so that you were covered for that even though you did not want it originally.
